My Phone is Not Working?
- If something is not working properly, we ask that you restart your phone or tablet, or you can simply put your device briefly into airplane mode for 30 seconds and then back to normal operation.
What Do I Do If My Internet Service Is Not Working Properly?
- Locate and follow the cable coming in from the outside antenna to the black or white power converter. On the converter, you should see an illuminated green or blue light.
- Unplug the main power cord leading to the power converter from the wall or power strip for 2 minutes.
- Plug in the main power cord back into the wall or power strip and wait 10 minutes for your internet service to come back online.
- If your internet connection is still not restored, please call our Tech Support at 222 from a Viaero phone. You can also reach Customer Service at 1-877-484-2376.

- Upgrading our Network Core/Switch is just the first step to building your 5G network so you will not see 5G benefits until the towers in your area have been upgraded with the latest 5G technology.

In the month following the recent upgrade that took place on March 28th, we will integrate and optimize the new core as the heart of our future “5G” network. You will begin seeing 5G benefits once the towers in your area have been updated with the latest 5G technology through Ericsson. 5G brings faster, more reliable, and a vastly more capable network than previous technologies, and enable enhanced experiences in areas such as gaming- providing more consistent performance and immersive interaction, by incorporating augmented and virtual reality technologies. In other words, you will be able to do so much more.
Finally, we will complete the process of converting all network equipment to the latest 5G Ericsson technology. Stay Tuned – there is so much more to come.
