What You Need to Know:
As of October 2, 2024, customers who have previously set up AutoPay or make one-time payments using the myviaero.com payment portal will have their existing payment information and future scheduled payments securely and permanently deleted.
Our current payment system will no longer be active and to authorize and schedule your payments within the new system, a quick registration process will be required once it becomes available on October 2nd.

What is changing?
Viaero is implementing a new payment system that will give our customers expanded, secure payment options for their monthly bill as well as more self-service payment options. Viaero customers will continue to be able to pay their monthly invoices and set up automatic recurring payments in store or online at www.myviaero.com, which will be more mobile-friendly and deliver the same experience on any size screen.
What payment types are eligible for the AutoPay discount?
Customers who choose to enroll in AutoPay using a checking account are eligible to receive the monthly AutoPay discount. Customers who enroll in AutoPay using a credit card or a debit card tied to your bank account are no longer eligible to receive the monthly AutoPay discount.
What options are available online at www.myviaero.com?
Viaero’s customer portal at www.myviaero.com enables customers to access their billing and payment histories, sign up for reminders, manage paperless bill settings, view and pay multiple accounts at once, manage your autopay settings, and much more! And it’s available to you anytime, day or night.
What payment methods and payment options are available?
With the launch of Viaero’s new payment system, Viaero customers have more options to pay. Besides being able to continue to pay in store during store hours or online anytime at www.myviaero.com, Viaero customers will be able to
- Hear their amount due, past due balance (if any), and due date, and pay their bill 24/7 by calling 611 from their Viaero phone or 877-484-2376 from any phone and using our automated voice menu system (requires account number and zip code)
- Pay with a digital wallet like Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Receive email notifications when your monthly statement is ready for viewing

The new payment system is expected to become available October 2nd, 2024.
Will there be an interruption of online Viaero bill payment services during the update?
With this change to a new payment system, our legacy payment system will no longer be active and your previous payment information and future scheduled payments will be securely and permanently deactivated. To authorize and schedule payments with the new system a quick registration process is required.
If I am a pre-existing user of the former online payment system, will I need to re-register?
Yes, once the new payment system is live, customers will need to re-register their bank account or credit card information. In addition, they will need to reschedule their monthly automated payments.

Can I use these options to pay a deposit?
No, deposits will need to be paid in store or with one of our online sales representatives.
Can I use these options to pay a reconnect fee?
No, any type of fee not shown on a monthly invoice will need to be addressed in store or with one of our online sales representatives.
Can I set up AutoPay from myviaero.com?
You are able to log in to www.myviaero.com and set up AutoPay by creating a payment wallet with your bank or credit card information.
Where do I find my new bill?
If you are enrolled in eBill, you will still be able to access your monthly bill at www.myviaero.com. If you receive a paper bill, that will continue to be sent to you in the mail.
Will I still receive a paper copy of my bill?
