Need to Reboot Your Viaero Wireless Internet Equipment?
To power cycle your device, please follow these steps:
- Locate and follow the cable coming in from the outside antenna to the black or white power converter (see image below). On the converter, you should see an illuminated green or blue light.
- Unplug the main power cord leading to the power converter from the wall or power strip for 2 minutes.
- Plug in the main power cord back into the wall or power strip and wait 10 minutes for your internet service to come back online.
